Train to Gain

At Global Skills you can access the Learning and Skills Council Train to Gain service. We can offer high quality, flexible training to help your business improve productivity and competitiveness by ensuring that your employees have the right skills.
The trainers at Global Skills can help your employees gain skills in:
• ICT
• Numeracy
• Literacy
• ESOL

Your employees can drop into the centre at times convenient to them or, if it is more appropriate, our trainers can visit the workplace.

Your employees are eligible if they:

• are in paid or voluntary work
• have lived in the UK for 3 years
• are over 19 years old
• have no higher than a Level1 qualification
