A career in childcare can be incredibly be incredibly rewarding. It means working with children between 0-5 years of age and covers roles such as; Registered Childminder, Registered Nanny, Childcare Assistant, Childcare Worker, Childcare Support Worker, Nursery Assistant, Nursery Nurse, Nurse, Nursery School Teacher, Learning Mentor, Foster Carer, Education Welfare Officer, Residential Manager and Deputy Manager in childcare setting. These roles all require a recognised qualification, although this can be gained while on the job.
At Global Skills we have a range of flexible courses, qualifications and apprenticeships to supports learners from their first steps in the career through to specialist and management roles.
