Mental Health or Wellbeing includes our emotional, phycological (mind) and social wellbeing. It has an impact on how we feel, how we think and how we act. It changes the way we relate to others, the choices we are making, and yes, how we handle stress.
For most, Mental illness are associated with distress and problems that has an impact on how we live our day-to-day lives, it changes our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships with others, and ourself.
